Where does my driver meet me?+
Your driver meets you at the arrivals curb with a name card. For MIA, that is Terminal D or E depending on your airline. We confirm the exact location when we send your driver details the night before.
What if my flight is cancelled?+
Contact us immediately. We will reschedule at no charge. If you need a same-day alternative, call (305) 776-3913 directly.
How early should I book for an airport pickup?+
At least 24 hours in advance is ideal. For early morning flights (before 7am), 48 hours is recommended to ensure your preferred vehicle is available.
